“Yes an excellent game between two well matched teams in the end.

The first half saw a very tight defence by the Elves forcing the Humans to struggle for 6 turns, the 7 turn saw them given a major boost when an elf doubled skulled. The Muskateers rushed forth to set up a score but a T8 blitz by an elf saved the day and BH'd teh catcher for good measure.

Second half was more open but both coaches struggled to string together mroe than 3 dice worth of 2+'s as a whole series of fumbles and slips occured.

In the end the elves sealed the victory after exploiting a skull by the humans and spiriting the ball away from their own half to the other TD line.

I noticed you have a habit of doing the big moves first. I think this is usually unwise as you need to do all your non-risky actions first where possible. The Blitz that you got was a classic example you went straight for the ball and left the other 10 players alone, meaning that the TO cost you greater than it should have.”
