“A brutal beatdown. The Malcontent's first blitz broke a Beastman collar bone, and the match went downhill for the Infested Souls from there. The Norse defense quickly swarmed and took the ball from the souls in the first half, racking up casualties and KOs on the way to a first half score.
To start the second half, despite only having five players to start their first turn, the Souls managed to acquire the ball and score following an ill-advised go-for-it by Earl Avarice. They only had three standing players at the time.
With none of their KO players returning to play, the three remaining Souls put up what defense they could, but the Norse quickly wiped them off the field leaving an uncontested pitch. Trying to capitalize on a game two score by Lord Malevolent, the Norse gave him the ball and coaxed him up the pitch. It was still a near thing as he barely figured out what he was doing in time to stroll into the endzone on turn 8.
