“Dark Elf fans were delighted to see "Violent Desire" carry home a comfortable win over league foes "Athel Lorn Whirlwinds"
What started out to be a early lead for the woodelves, carried forward by team captain "Findecano Sirfalas" soon dropped into a slugging match, which the Darkelves managed to come out on top of.
Violent Desire delivered some excellent drives to even the score and the fans on both sides were treated to some excellent plays as both teams showed why Elves make such star players.
In the end the attrition showed on the Whirlwinds first and soon only two players remained on the field supported by the Treeman. With such numbers the Darkelves just counted down the time and run in an easy winning TD.
Looking at the fixtures list many are predicting a Undead face off, a game that wont allow the same toe to toe fighting this game showed. ”

The first half was one of the most entertaining you will ever see, with 4 touch downs scored. Both teams showed right from the start that they were determined to out play the others tactics.
Though at half time babies screams could be heard from the Violent Desire dressing room and the team returned to the pitch faces covered in fresh blood.
Whatever they had done it worked as the Whirlwinds began dodging like dwarves and their captain, wardancer Findecano Sirfalas, couldn't leap over a daisy never mind an opponent (5 failed leaps).
The Dark Elves took this advantage and took the ball to the corner and ran down the clock, stepping over the line in the final turn to clinch a well desrved victory, and passage to the semi's.”
