It wasn't the best possible start for the Knights. One of the blodgers tried to make a dodge, but the result was double 1. Poopers grabbed the opportunity - and the ball. They would also have injured Dead Parrot seriously, unless the apothecary hadn't fixed him (Get up - It's Just a Flesh Wound!). Knights tried to do a desperate blitz, but the crucial go-for-it failed (even with a reroll). On the second turn Poopers scored easily.
Another try. This time Knights of Ni blitzed easily thro the defence line. On the fourth turn Cardinal Biggles threw the ball to Dead Parrot who was standing on the opposing end zone. 1-1!
Poopers offence didn't have a good start either, the ball couldn't be picked up. This time it was the Knights who stole the ball and on the sixth turn Biggles ran to the oppozing end zone with the ball. 2-1! This time Poopers offence worked nicely. Within two turns they scored an equalizer. The first half ended 2-2.
Knights of Ni decided not to use any go-for-its in the second half, because 3 go-for-its out of 4 failed (with rerolls 5 out of 6) during the first half.
The second half. On the third turn Knights of Ni stole the ball and scored. 3-2! Poopers dediced to sweep from the left side and it worked nicely. On the sixth turn Poopers scored an equalizer. 3-3! The rest of the half was very unprofessional play. Both sides could have scored easily but the crucial passes failed.
Many silly and crucial mistakes during the game. Man of the match was Cardinal Biggles.
