“Our chaos dwarves face Alf115's khemri. Pretty stiff opposition- well skilled up mummies AND skeletons.
Unsurprisingly the first few turns are a big brawl, which we come out ahead on somehow by KILLing a mummy (regen) and niggling a skelly (regen). Eventually as they are running out of players they are forced to rush down one side with their thro-ra alone.. and having already used this turn's RR to reroll a 2d pushback block he slips up and niggles himself with no regen! We try and secure the ball with a hobgob but fail and their lone nearby skelly blitzes him into the KO box and grabs the ball!
We counter with a lot of sprinting and manage to take down the skelly! We eventually get the ball but with no hobgobs left on the pitch it's a dwarf blocker who grabs it! They do some good mummy blitzing at this point to ensure that despite our centaur recovering the ball in a tackle zone we are unable to find a way to get him downfield to score in just one turn.
We set up 11 vs 9 khemri for the 2nd half, and quickly bash through them, barreling the ball up one side in our rookie centaur's hands. However when we have the chance to score on turn 5 instead we try a few blocks and a pro-rerolled double push shows up as double skulls! They blitz down the centaur and with only a couple turns left we can't recover the ball- ouch!
A lesson learnt about rerolling pushes by both coaches :P Good game Alf115!”

And lesson learned : DO NOT REROLL PUSHES UNLESS IT'S VITAL "NOW" FOR VICTORY.”
