“Mr. Green had called everyone to the living room. The local constables were baffled. It had all started with the brother of the master of the house coming back from India. He had seemed nervous and, true enough, next morning he was found dead! It all made no sense and later on two more bodies showed up. There was a serial killer on the loose! Mr. Green had no idea what was happening, but he questioned everyone and made notes while puffing on his pipe just the same. It looked professional, he thought.
