“A tough game for Violent Desire saw them take an early lead and run the clock down with some fancy foot work and speed which the Undead could not hope to match.
Despite early fears the heavy handed Undead failed to cause the body count they have become notorious for and Elf fans thought their team would get through the game unscathed.

The 2nd half was a different matter with the Dark Elves giving up ground to their foes so they could spread the Undead attack line thin to account for the dwindling number Elves with three being benched with injuries.
A furious scrum developed around the Dark Elf touch line with some spirited defense displayed.
However it was not to be and the sheer numbers overwhelmed the defense.

The winning TD came when Nikko Webb fumbled a routine pass, and with him being so isolated the Nightmares stormed over him and run the ball home in the dying seconds of the game, whilst the rest of Violent Desire tried their best to avoid the beating being delt out to them.

A disappointing result but perhapes not altogether unexpected.
Violent Desire have done well to come back from very early injuries which nearly had the team dissolved - but lack of funds still has them far from full strength. ”
