“What a great day for all CheeseMonsters fans, who held their first "home" game in the big and reknown Skavenblight Stadium today.
Now having "a strong armed ;)" QB I wanted to test my luck with the gutterrunner, Mr F. S'Mack, if possible.
Having played 2 games staying on the ground, i took my chance in this game to air 'em out. The Psychos strong wedge setup, and the fact that 3 ChaosWarriors are a threat, helped a bit on that decision.
The Psychos Coach, took up on the "drive" and answered my 2 turner with a strong rush, and also passing the ball ending up in the endzone for the tie.
A great display of skill as we both ended up with 3 completions at the end of the day.
After the kick, we managed to keep ourselves and the ball under control, and again made a nice completion and run for the leading score.
From there on we struggled to keep the chaos from gaining control of the ball for too long, and by playing a quite conservative set up and play, we nonetheless luckily made a third TD, settling it down to the final sore of
3 - 1 for S.C.
All in all, Freddy and Fleetfoot worked perfectly together, so I am confident that we can reach League level at the end of our pre season.
The CheeseMonster himself, was so touched by the fans decision to vote him for MVP after opening the game with mighty hit that badly hurt the Noseguard - ChaosWarrior, that he is at the moment unable to give interviews, he is a bit touchy you know....”
