#2 Juirkk wiv da Ingridientz – Smashed Knee (NI)
With their morals strengthened from the surprising win against the Tummy Aches amazons, the Ogreville Food Patrol challenged the Chaos Coyotes. With 2 dp's and several claws this chaos band looked mean, and with Gotrek Gurnisson pumped up with some vile demonic drugs he could scare even the burly ogres. For once though, the Ogreville Food Patrol responded with what nobody expects from an ogre team. A tactically thought through match.

A blitz on the kickoff gave the team momentum right from the start. Kubb Klubfist was BH'd early, but the Ogres followed up with crippling Mr Eff, forcing skulltaker to use his apo early on, and then fouling out both the dp Kalek and the monstrous Gotrek during turn 3 and 4. Another BH on Volkmar the Grim put them on a numerical advatange and the goblins snapped up the ball and attempted a stall. It looked to go bad for a moment when a brave beastman blitzer made his way through the lines, but the situation could be sorted out and Sneeko da Skout scored in T7.

I set up a defense with Sneeko as a TTM option as both teams were out of re-rolls. As expected the blood thirsty chaos players put their effort into organizing a gang foul, and Dhurg Dwarfstompa left the pitch badly injured. But it came at a cost. The beastman on defense screwed up the pick-up and before they reacted Sneeko was launched through the air, stole the ball from under the opponent's feet and sprinted in 2-0.

The crowd was exstatic! Frenzied to the point where not even the half time break could soothe their emotions. Immediately after kickoff a large portion of the crowd rushed the pitch, dragging down both ogres and beastmen on the LOS. In the skirmish the evil chaos opponents gangfouled Trukk Tramplefeet and fractured his leg badly. The ref noticed it and ejected the dirty player and gave time to the Ogreville shaman to use his magic to heal the wounds. Trukk got on his feet and could resume the match.

During the pitch invasion Yuk-Glugg da Rathunta had gotten the ball and the goblins now made their way along the right flank while the ogres tried to tie up the remaining opponents. The Coyotes could do little to get to the ball and the goblins could run in 3-0.

On the following kickoff Ogreville set up a perfect defense. With guard ogres and a numerical advantage they boxed in the entire LOS. Both teams now tried to get to the ball for a final TD, but whenever someone got lose they were quickly tackled down. The match ended 3-0, a fantastic victory for the Ogreville Food Patrol!

Thanks for the match, skulltaker. It was a lot of fun! Plenty of action, blood and excitement! I had a lot of luck with the kickoff results in this one, but I hope you had a good time!
