“Well, there is no denying that the Eagles got lucky in this one. In their first game against a Rotters side, not only did they manage to escape without any lasting damage (aside from a lineman missing a game) but they also managed a lucky 2-1 win. The people of Einheim will be celebrating this fluke for weeks to come. A great, fun and unpredictable game against a coach who took a rotten run of luck in a very sportsmanlike way. I think a rematch in the future might be hell for the Eagles, but we will enjoy it while it lasts!”
