“Game 4 vs. berserkus' Chaos saw more dejected fans dump this sorry team. Why go to games when the Sorcerers can't score and they hit like girls? The fans don't even get to see the sorry elves get beat up! They've been ravinously calling for blood, ANYBODY'S blood, but are getting nothing. (Well, that's not entirely true, a dp put the boot to one elf and the Sorcerer's dp hurt himself on a gfi on the elves only opportunity for a foul the entire second half).
The coach is perplexed. The elves put up a good fight and fought tooth and nail to prevent the Chaos first half score, but when it comes to clutch-time they choke, again and again and again.
The bad kick at the start gave the ball to Blackboxed only Chaos Warrior, and they rolled their cage downfield. After slowing down the Chaos drive and stretching out the cage the hapless wizards finally got two chances at 1d blitzes on the CW carrying the ball in turns 6 and 7 by Prince Kestrel. Both skulls.
Second half started with the elves actually a man up due to a KO'd beastman taking a breather, but the kick pinned the ball right against the sideline at midfield. The Sorcerers adjusted nicely and got the ball behind a screen. But then berserkus' maruaders collapsed on the elves and started piling bodies into the KO box, with the elves unable to avoid playing Chaos' game.
A late break by rookie Catcher Lionnel looked promising but he got blasted by a beastman and the elves were unable to get anyone up field to help (they kept tripping over their own shoelaces). The following turns were mostly skillless brawl, but the ball inexoribly moved towards the elves endzone with them unable to do anything about it. By the time Chaos strolled in for the final score the thoroughly demoralized elves had retreated to the Chaos endzone to avoid any more pounding.
A good game by berserkus. No mistakes and the few bad rolls he had I couldn't capitalize on. Elves that play ball like retarded children are not a pleasant sight, and this coach doens't begrudge the fans turning away.”
