“The Dogma's first match started with their #1 Flesh Golem, Composite Col, handed the ball from a touchback. The Necros pushed forcefully down the field, the Humans defending grimly all the way, when a failed zombie blitz (skull-RR-skull) opened up the Dogma's Cage and allowed a man-marker on Col. He promptly blew his block (with RR) on the marker, the ball ended up in that player's hands, and he legged it. A last ditch blitz brought him down, but the Dogma had missed out on a TD.

The Champs started their second half with a drive up the middle of the pitch, but they left a hole in their wall of players and they lost the ball. After much scrambling and a Ghoul-to-Ghoul hand-off scatter, Scragg mcDagg finally ran it in. The Champs got further in their second drive, but were stalled at the last and their catcher fell on his face making high-risk dodges for the endzone. 1-0 to the Dogma!”
