Double fun for B.O.Y.S. this match! Kudos to coach Phil78 for sportingly offering us a game with his cash heavy Orc team ‘Bust That Fuzz’. Instead of carefully saving his cash for possible replacements or tourneys, he figured giving us TWO STARS to kill would be far more fun!

So we lined up against… *gulp* Varag Ghoulchewer AND ‘Ripper’ Bolgrot!!!

Varag took an early knockdown from our Mummy ‘Freaky Eyes’ but easily shrugged it off. Attention was switched to Ripper, and the other Mummy took him to the floor so a naughty zombie stepped up to the plate…

Ah well, Phil’s tactic of leaving the star players too close to Mummy’s and making Coach Cribble play bad Bloodbowl was certainly paying off, and yet another reroll saw Varag hit the deck. Sadly not many were around to call this a ‘gang’foul, but still, this weak effort rained down…

An easy walk in saw the Orcs go 1-0 up, and sadly Varag (Along with all three of our Knock Outs) stayed asleep. Ripper boldly takes the Line and after being pushed all over the shop hits the ground surrounded by players! Yet another foul, and yet another…

Badly Hurt!!! More regen saves the day though!

The Undead wander slowly down the field and allow the Orcs a shot at a halftime lead via a flying goblin by scoring in Turn 7. Coach Cribble’s more interested in getting Varag awake again, and his foolproof plan appears to be working as both stars once again take the field. More uninteresting stuff goes on (We get a Blitz, fail to knock Varag down and screw up his one turn option), and end up with yet another multi assist gang foul! Third time lucky…?

Second half gets off to a poor start, with pushes galore on Ripper. A brave Wight fancies his chances on a final half dice effort and gets his well deserved double POW! Disaster strikes though, as it’s a KO! Enough is enough, and with Freaky Eyes assist, one of our Ghouls decides these Dirty Players don’t know what they’re doing!
