Somehow I managed to snatch a draw from the jaws of defeat in this game with a remarkable turn around in luck.
1st half was all Purplegoo... every pickup, every block or dodge worked flawlessly... and the KO's etc ramped up on my team, which only started with 11 players as 4 were mng.
2nd half fill87 stepped up. His RSC notched up 4 cas's and he was vital in securing the ball despite rain and muddy conditions to grab a last gasp equaliser.
It was not the result I was expecting with Goo fielding a blodging tackle claw players, and str3 block and av7 and regen... I was expecting to be mush by the end... and to only suffer 1 SI/niggle was something I was delighted with.
Well, Goo has taken away my 10 straight WILIES wins, but I still remain undefeated... but can I keep this up without a single Block or Tackle or DP on my team?... we'll just have to wait and see!
