“Our undead's 2nd game... and it's against amazons AGAIN! Boy are we sick of those dodgin' ladies!

They start with a bad kick that sails right out of the stadium, so we give the ball to one of our mummies! We then seriously injure a linewoman and KO another on the LOS. They pile amazons around the ball carrier every turn, and go for a few -2d blitzes, but they can't get him down and he pushes forward ever so slowly. By turn 7 we have the mummy in range of the end zone with 2 ghouls forming a loose screen between him and the amazons... but that doesn't stop them! A series of dodges and blitzes and they have no less than 5 amazons in and around the mummy!! We go for a very unlikely set of dodges, chain-push blitzes which end with a ghoul getting a pow on a 1d block to leave the mummy in just one tackle zone... and we're able to engineer a 2d block with the other ghoul which also gets the pow we need! The mummy is free and waltzes in a touchdown!

It's 11 vs 11 for the 2nd half though their DP has been sent off. Their first turn goes extremely well as they niggle a rookie ghoul and then badly hurt our blodge ghoul! Ouch! They capitalise on this to push down one side with the ball, and spend several turns knocking over almost all our players, making us powerless to get through their screen of girls towards the ball. We never even get a tackle zone on their ball carrier who scores with ease on turn 8 to see the game end a draw!
