“After being mangled by evil chaos teams for two matches in a row, the Ogreville Food Patrol drew an orc team. Things looked a bit scary when the handicaps turned out to be Morley's Revenge, taking out 2/3 sick players from the start, granting me 8 players vs 11 on my offensive drive since Juirrk niggled out. The other one was Illegal Drugs, which turned the black orc Dimzug into a real beast.
It would turn out to be a light hearted and fun match though, with the greenskins taking big risks and rarely getting payed off. The OFP managed to foul out Dimzug on turn 2, and followed up with a SI on the black orc Nub'eer II on the following turn. This severly diminished the orcs bashing power and Maki Mukdwella could run in 1-0.
In the 2nd half a risky hand over at the LOS opened up for the goblins to take control of the ball on turn 1. The ogres managed to box in the greenskins and the goblins could sneak through the lines with the ball. Towards the end a hand over allowed Lard Bellydragger to score 2-0.
The overweight ogre was so happy for his TD that he decided to start to train to become the team's main goal scorer. Despite his name and reputation for clumpsiness his agility training has start to pay off!
Thanks for the match, cuckoowasp! It was a bunch of fun! :)”
