“The was no normal match - This was a local derby! Coach Wotfudboy knew this old adversary very well indeed! He had faced DukeTyrion on many a blood bowl field before. He secretly felt a grudging respect for this humie... although it would take a team full of Ogres bouncing on his skull with clubs for him to even come close to admitting it!!!

However, coach Wotfudboy didn't pay enough respect for this fledgling human team... and paid the price in the first half as Dan Eastwood (a rising star in the humie ranks) finished off a suspiciously elvish move to put the humies one up!

Boy did the coach give his orc Boyz an earful at half time... It wasn't just boots being kicked at his players... more like whole benches were ripped away from their fittings and thrown at the team in anger and frustration!

The Boyz responded... clawing back every yard, desperately throwing every block and fighting tooth and fist. When the Boyz pulled one back there were still many humans on the field to contend with.

It was in the dying moments of the game that Earl Deball opened his completions account throwing a perfect pass to one of the orc blitzers... who remembered the coaches face at half time and thought it best to catch the ball. 2-1 to the Boyz!

However, the fans weren't all that impressed... with another drove of fans refusing to pay the entrance fee again!”
