“This was a fun match, despite my casualty list. Perhaps, in part, because of the casualty list. A clear contrast in styles--the Khemrian mummies bashing downfield while the elves beat feet to get clear of the carnage, throw desperate blocks, fling the ball around, and sprint for daylight.

Obviously, I did well enough to win, but not well enough to avoid the mummies. :-)

I did put together a lucky ball pop, which was fun, and engineered two rapid-strike TDs. The difference in the match was the lack of footspeed of the boneys, as it left them out of range of the end zone at the end of each half.

Oh, and I'm getting a different apothecary. The one time I asked this one to help a player out, and he's sniffing at the bottles of Salwort.”
