“3rd match vs Necromantic (Scar Toons): Bad defence but a good comeback. First drive was ours and the undead team left big holes in their defence, a quick and good 1-0 for the Alps. Our kick was good and the tacics were good but the exercise sucked. A failed apo roll followed by a neglectance to down their ball holder twice by Henk was unbelieveble (also a failed dodge by a catcher and a failed gfi by the othetr catcher were part of this). A very risky long pass (a failure was a sure td for me) was succesfull, 1-1. 2nd half: The angered Alps fans invaded the pitch and Klaas managed to get a hold of the ball, this resulted in a long rumble for the ball, but the trustworthy Virgil managed to pick it up and score, 2-1. Bad defence and good offense on their part, 2-2. Now the Alps only had 2 turns to score the winning TD. With the undead lined up on the td line it was a difficult one, A good blits by Klaas, a good throw by Jaap, a good catch and even a better run by Steffan resulted in the 3-2 in a adrenaline filled final seconds of the game. A marginal win, and a big Thank You to the fans.
