“Together with dwarves this is the type of team I would never play voluntarily. Running a 5 dp khemri team in the Blackbox is in my opinion not a very friendly way to play this game, but then again it's within the rules to do so and some people do enjoy it.

That I walked out of this match with only a MNG on a goblin is kind of beyond belief, after facing a beefed up khemri team with 5 dp's and Ramtut III to make things even juicier. I had insane luck when it came to the AV rolls, and the fact that he missed the KO rolls for his two KO'd mummies for the second half. For everything else though, Plorg had the type of luck that somehow only coaches above CR 165 seem to get away with :) I'm all for the part about creating your own luck etc, but I doubt there is much skill involved in winning 3/4 Argue the Call rolls and having your khemri dodge and handle the ball better than my goblins, including my AG 4 one.

It's really only a side note though. It wasn't luck that won Plorg the game, because his strategy of bashing down the opponents and fouling every chance he got should have won him the match in another way, by decimating my guys down to nothing.

For holding out in this match it felt a bit sad to lose an FF, but seeing what this match could have cost me I'm quite pleased with the outcome.

Congrats to the win, Plorg. I really wish you would limit your dp's a bit though. Blackbox is fun for a lot of people, not just for the fouling elite. See you around.”
