#10 [Clone Trooper] Waquat – Dead (RIP)
[Aboard the Ulysses Voyager…]

Orun Wa: We are returning home now Prime Minister…

Prime Minister: Excellent, despite your failing against the remarkable Ryoth Champions, news of your two victories over the Sith have reached the citizens of Kamino. Whether you make it into the Galactic Finals or not I believe there will be a parade in your team’s honour.

Orun Wa: The citizens of Kamino are very gracious.

Prime Minister: I just hope you have anecdotes to entertain them with.

Orun Wa: Heh. You tell me?

The Sith Sandwich came loaded with performance enhancers that they duly supplied Darth Tomato with, and for a time he alone caused us great grief, but it was their stalling and mindlessness that proved their undoing.

He was blasted into space by Master Taun We and recovered in an unfit state to continue. We stopped the score and from then on, without Tomato the Sith Sandwhich became flavourless and bland.

We promptly annihilated them, allowing Spawn of Sifo-Dyas to score both times.

Prime Minister: Excellent news! And how pray tell is Order66’s new genetically engineered Padawan, is he showing signs of become as great as Sifo-Dyas?

Orun Wa: I’m pleased to say he is, he is already developing that Killer Strike to which Sifo was feared. But that self same strike did make him a target against the Deathstar Clean-up Crew Alpha1.

Those Sith are highly dangerous, already claiming the life of one Jedi. Their insidious nature is to follow up all blocks with boots, so we were prepared to fight back. Darth Sponge’s over confidence was his undoing and as he charged into our ranks, Master Taun Wa hit him to the ground and the brave [Clone Trooper] Waquat who gave his life to that game fouled him into the infirmary… it was a momentous moment.

We were able to stall the first half out due to their over zealous committal to the foul.

This blood lust was almost their undoing in the second half as they received and left the ball carrying Darth Mop unprotected and alone… but who’d have suspected he would toss the ball at long range to an idle Clone who caught the ball and scored?

Prime Minister: Their Sith powers are obviously strong!

Orun Wa: Indeed. Our numbers were few by the time we returned to the field, but our speed just as swift and we comfortably won the game 2 – 1 thanks to some Clone manoeuvring!

Though we took a lot of damage, in the main we will recover and Spawn of Sifo-Dyas survived many attacks – his promise is extraordinary!

Prime Minister: Great news, I am most pleased! All that remains now is for the Ryoth Champions to slip up. …

Orun Wa: We both know that won’t happen. I have to go Prime Minister, but I will see you soon.

[End transmission]

Thanks to both Vampy and CVH for providing entertaining games, I particularily enjoyed playing against the Cleanup Crew as the TS were far more balanced than they were against Sandwich. :)

GG guys and see you in RotJ!

Oh, and Orun Wa is almost a Jedi Master now! :D

Darth Sponge sat in the cockpit of his Sith fighter with his leg bandaged as Squeegee sewed his arm back on and Mop guided the small fighter through the asteroid field.

"Those Jedi will pay" Sponge vowed to the others. "We need to get some additional speed in the Crew".

Darth Mop looked round and replied "We are training Duster to be the fast one".

Duster added "The game was not a total loss, we did show those foul Jedi scum that we are a force... *snigger* to be reckoned with!".

The Clean-up Crew performed well against the uncontainable speed of the Order. Sera played very well and with the over abundance of AG and speed the Crew simply couldn’t keep up and the CAS race didn’t come soon enough (and Sera wisely blew cash on untrained clones to protect the soft underbelly of the team). We managed to cause a few scares on key players, especially after their medical droid malfunctioned after saving one of the Order.

The Crew are looking in pretty solid form and after dumping some cash to lower the TR they are looking quite a tough target. Although this match showed just how key the few Jedi / Sith are and once Sponge and Duster we out for the count there was very little Sera needed to do (even with severely depleted numbers) to secure the win.

I ask ALL Sith to mercilessly hunt the Gutter Running Order members and put the boot in T1 through to T16 they must die... Next time Sera... next time!
