My opponent couldn't do anything wrong all match and had a 2-1 lead at the half after delaying scoring long enough to force me to try a one turner, but my rolls were pretty awful on that final turn with a Double Skulls, then a Skull and Skull/Pow to push his player out of the way, followed by a 1 on the catch!

The game was taking a lot longer than usual and I respectfully asked my opponent if he would mind speeding up. This was to no avail as my wife soon came out and growled me out for still playing at 2:45 AM when I had to work in the morning.

My opponent did not want to continue the game later as he wanted to play more games. So after 90 minutes elapsed and only 3 turns into the second half with the score at 3-3, he suggested that we end it there.

I wanted to continue, and advised that if he ended his turn, there was a 99.999999999999999% chance I would end my turn too and thus the game ended.

I would have preferred to play it out, but did not want to hold up my opponent, and I thought that 90 minutes was quite a long time for only 11 turns.

Not the most satisfying way to end a game as I still wanted some SPP for my two rookie Lineman, but I guess I better not start games after 1 AM anymore and I need to ask my opponent to play faster earlier if I notice the turns are taking a while.

Anyway, it was a fun tactical game and my opponent played well, even though he resorted to a 'tactical foul' in the first half. I could have reciprocated to stop his 3rd TD, but that is not how I play these WE anymore heh.
