“A very even game despite the TR/TS diff for the CD's. Vamps rolled alot of pows but were unable to do any damage with them (both Cas were by way of the boot, no KO's til mid 2nd half) while the CD's did not roll many pows but were keeping 3 players in the KO box for most of the match. Although outnumbered for the majority of the first half we were able to keep it 0-0 going to the half. Getting only 1 of the 3 ko's back meant starting down 2 players and the opening Blitz.. while costing the cd's one of the Bulls .. netted them the games first td on turn 3. Getting no KO's back again meant being shorthanded again, but this time 8-11 (2ko's and the DP that got tossed for the bull boot). We moved along the top of the pitch KO's 2 Hobgoblins along the way (1 ofd them was +ST) and opened a big enough hole to stall for the draw the last 2 turns. For my first game in lke 2 months it felt good to be in a battle and am looking forward to the next challenge.. GG Fritchey. rematch anytime. ”
