Duke scored early as sometimes elves do. Then as the match went on, we started to rack up the casualties. A hatrick of casualties for Betty Ferguson started to diminish his team and we started to get more possession.
2nd half we went for a through the middle TD, this was stopped by the Duke and after much tooing and froing and much crowd-surfing. We managed to get the ball and Alison McCoist scored on her debut.
A very tough match from a very tough opponent.
Betty Ferguson got a mighty blow on the skill up but niggled on the age.

Couldn't do much the whole game, with double 1's and double skulls all over, plus players going off in droves.
Eventually got a TD in the first half, although I had chances for more, but just kept failing simple rolls.
Second half was going just as badly, although a 1D splat on the ball carrier almost made up for things.
In the end it was another Dead Elf and a 1-1 draw, but with the dead player, it feels alot like a loss.
