“A tense game, with a small, but perfectly formed amount of carnage. The Savages dominated most of the first half due to getting some excellent luck, although the Nightcrawlers almost managed to trun it around after a blitz on the ball carrier resulted in a throw in. A fe nice dice rolls put the Savages in the lead on the final turns of the 1st half. The 2nd half was totally dominated by the elves, with the rats hardly getting a look in after they scored in the early turns. No sooner did they swamp the Savages cage, then surgical blitzes and side changes left the ball carier out of reach. I almost felt sorry for my opponet as he was getting awful dice in the 1st half, but that soon evaporated when he killed Telion. In the end the savages win 2-1 and came out with just enough cash to replace the Catcher who niggled on his first skill roll...*shakes fist* CURSE YOU NUFFLE!”
