“A good end to a bad season from Belvain.

The dorfs received the kickoff and controlled the ball comfortably, scoring turn 8 of the half.
The only hiccup was a great defensive solo effort where a lone elf got up off the ground and blitzer the ball carrier - St3 vs St3 with 4 assists - to get 2 pows. The ball was safely secured but the effort was worthy of twahnlows!

Elves played the old sneaky 1 turner turn 8 first half to make it 1-1.

Second half the elves scored early leaving the dorfs plenty of time to score. Get the ref and some good foul cas along with some bashy cas made it a difficult choice whether to go for the score turn 6 and try to get a turn 8 win; or settle for the draw. Their distrust of sneaky elf nonsense tmeant the dorfs settled for the draw.

The game ended on a high when a 2d against block by youngster Theomec Coalvein killed the Elves Treeman. The dorfs season is over and they were last seen sitting around a raging campfire drowning their shame at such a poor season after last seasons undefeated run.

3pt: #8 Dragoeus for throwing a block single handedly against a ball carrier with 4 assists and getting 2 pows! Unfortunately it didnt slow up the dorfs; and it was the only thing he did all game (no other blocks, fouls, never touched the ball) but it was good while it lasted.
2pt: #6 Taraes: Stole the match for the elves with a sneaky 1 turn effort at end of first half. Apart from that the elves never really saw enough of the ball to deserve a draw.
1pt: #7 Alasse: A lassie he is not! One of only 3 elves to throw 3 blocks; the other two have block skill so this guy gets points for his balls!”
