First kick-off. A BLITZ. Singers began before the delven offence was ready. The ball was stolen and on the third turn Singers scored. 1-0!

Another kick-off. Changing weather (What? It has to be a bug, no blitz!) The knights of Ni played a quick play and scored an equalizer on the fifth turn. 1-1!

Fifth turn. A BLITZ. This time the delves grab the ball and would have scored but the crucial catch was fumbled by Cardinal Biggles. The ball bounced far away and was grabbed by one of the woodies and taken to the delven end zone. The singers took the lead again 2-1!

Seventh turn. A BLITZ. Now, have I experienced this somewhere before? Luckily it didn't lead to another touchdown. The first half ended 2-1.

Ni! The second half.

Ok. A kick-off and... a bad kick? WTF? Hey, this can't be right? Right? Then began the long and fruitless struggle for the ball. A lot of "I got it", "Oops" and "Huh?" were heard. On the seventh turn Dead Parrot managed to make a successful blitz and take the ball to the opposing end zone. 2-2!

Eight. A BLITZ! Now what is a blitz? Could someone tell me how it works, please? Never had one, you see. Knights of Ni blitzed their way to the ball and were almost the score a winning touchdown on the last turn, but the ball refused to be picked up.

Well, at least we got enough blitzes today. No casualties were caused (only flesh wounds). The Knights rolled a lot of double-1s and skulls during the whole match. Still stunned, how many players with dodge fell and rerolled go-for-its failed... Oh, well. Luckily Singers joined us on the second half :)

For once I have to agree with the Fumbbl machine - man of the match was Majestic Moose.
