“This was a game of absurdly bad dice. In the first half, I could not accomplish anything meaningful. I could hardly knock any thralls over, and when I did I couldn't hurt them. Stuelle executed two really nice steals with some great use of hypnotic gaze, and with slightly kinder dice went in at 2-0 up. In the 2nd half, his dice turned too, and I took advantage of a perfect defense followed by a snake eyes to steal the ball, ambling home a turn 12 score, setting it up for a grandstand finish. However, there were just so many 1s being thrown, and whilst I had the opportunity to equalise, I was not as deliberate in my play as Stuelle had been in the first half and failed to make wise enough use of my players, leaving me just short (1 square) of being able to fetch the crowd-scattered ball.
The troll, who has grown to be a bit faster and more adept that blocking than the average troll, spent the entire game pondering what to do with his new found skills instead of using them. After failing more than 3/4 of his really stupid rolls, finally Stuelle did me a favour and knocked him out the game. That was one really, utterly useless troll.”
