“Starting out with TS 93, 10 players strong and 50 TS down, the dark elves were facing yet another tough game in their first WIL season.
Handis were OK - IWM left the hummies' DP out, and G&D reduced them to 1 RR. Darkies trying to exploit this, choose to receive, hoping to score fast and put pressure on the hummies for a possible 2nd TD.
It wasn't to be - the much more developed humans had no problems getting the ball when they wanted, and only crazy dodging and 1D blitzing assured some kind of excitement in the first half, leaving the humans ahead with 1 TD to nil.
Second half gave the dark elves blitz!, and for the first rounds, it actually looked like they might capitalize on it. But as the KO's starting leaving the field, the humans could comfortabely score for the final 2 to nil score.
