“I've played Ogres before, and bone head usually decides the game. However, bone head didn't rear its head too often so I opted mostly for the cowards way out. I prefer to call it the 'silky smooth passing game of bloodbowl played the elven way' but truth be told I wasn't up for maiming the other team (had ref 1st half didn't foul at all through the game) and tried to keep my boys from going to the scrapyard in the sky.

5-0 flatters the orcs somewhat - where it mattered, picking the ball up and running with it - the goblins had no luck, opening the way for fast tds when another coach might have concentrated on nailing the gobs.

Glad I did in the end - Wolfes is a good sport and I had all the luck in the 1st half, save for losing a 5spp scorer. Still, can't get all the breaks (except those applied to the neck it seems).

Thanks for the game - my first in god knows how long - don't think I played at all in 2008. I've no tips/hints to pass on for playing Ogres as what they're good at - nailing opponents - you seem to be doing fine at - I never had a full roster from turn 2 on I think. I can't complain in any way though - save for a long shot turn 16 failure to pick the ball up, dodge and throw for a possible 6th td, my lack of blocking (20 total all game) kept the luck score good and my first game back after the break ended pretty good, with good cash and a skill.
