“A fast-pased game with lots of ball-action on both sides. The warriors out-did their Elven opponents in passing actions though. They spared the fragile Ballpassers but not too much so they had the advantage in numbers. Numbers won't stop an Elf that wants to score so 1 TD against had to be given away. Cowman had to run after his targets most of the time but did a good job over all. Fun game. Great opponent.”

#9 Onerian Qvickfåte – Smashed Knee (NI)
“A tense and fun game. After seeing that I was up against a minotaur there wasn't much to do than to run away from it as much as possible. And since all Norse players have Block things looked kind of grim for me.
But I braced myself and hoped that the Volvos would run into a wall or something. Unfortunately the Wood Elf wall is not one of the stronger ones and I had people flying to KO and BH quite a bit on the first half. 2TDs against me too, although it was much tenser than it looked much because I was always just one throw away from a TD (almost) and the Norse were always one dash away from a TD... In the end I didn't dodge good enough to get to the ball-holder and fell him.
But it was fun nonetheless.
When the second half began my fans were fed up and decided to take matters in their own hands and attack some of the Norse players to even out the odds. It did help and I got a touchdown after much painstaking dashing around the field and failing to pick up the ball.
Failing to pick up the ball was also what happened to me when I was about to do a "brilliant" counterattack and the last turns were mostly spent running around trying to catch a ball that lay on the ground...
It was a great game however and my newly bought apothecary helped me by saving somebody from certain death. Perhaps I won't be so lucky next time... Now if I should purchase a Treeman...”
