“A fun game against a friendly and nice coach.

To be honest, I didn't expect the game to be decided in OT, but I have played enough games to know that no match is decided before the starting kick off.

First half we kicked and defended well. We were able to hit enough kos and casualties to stop the undead from advancing. We got close to scoring too, but failed the deciding 4+ catch (it was raining).

So, second half started and I was feeling confident after a good first half. Shouldn't have been. Undeads defended really well and used their rookie zombies to mark a few of my guys, my ogre for example who did absolutely nothing the entire half (pushes don't count :)

Finally when trying to set up two or three scorers for turn 8, my catcher snaked his gfi and I was left with no scorers at all.

For overtime I got a lucky break as 3 of my 4 ko'd players returned giving me a full lineup of 11 players. Also undeads were very unlucky as I blitzed the starting drive and their mummy, who was standing in the middle of LOS caught the kick off. This left him standing next to 3 of my players (including the ogre) and we were able to knock the ball out from him on our first turn.

After that Enrico succesfully booted Ripper, their mummy, out and we were able to force our way to a deciding 1-0 score.
