This just looked like another match in my bad luck streak, but fortunately I ended up losing the match due to being outcoached which is always much more satisfying. New Found Knowledge is kind of a nemesis to the Isengard Desolates and achieved a dominance in the bashing game that they never really let go of. The greenskins often had to resort to elfish ways to get to the ball and that is never appreciated amongst orcs.

During the first half the Desolates worked against the margins, being slapped around by the khemri and losing players at a pace that looked like the game was over. A fantastic TTM by the rookie Geekwit in the last turn of the half turned the match around though.

In the 2nd half the Desolates were 9 vs 8 players and had some excellent situations where they could have scored. Here I made some poor coaching decisions which ended up costing me the win. Towards the end of the 2nd half the Desolates suffered some rough injuries, and in OT it turned out even worse. All in all it has been a very costly tourmament for the Desolates with 2 apo failures in a row and many nigglings. But this match was at least filled with plenty of excitement and fun!
