“On this day Brewin led his bunch of random recruits: the "Die Hard Snipers" (so named in reference to their origins in Snipers Alley) into the acclaimed fumbbl arena, arguably the most renown and certainly the most populous blood bowl league.

"This was my first foray into fumbbl, and this was something of a training run for me... I really came here to get in some training for the BBQ cup and I wasn't sure what to expect. Um but seriously, the rat boys did a good job out there today, and considering they held their own against bashy guys, I reckon they're ready for the (pre-season) BBQL. Shadow was outstanding along with Dartsy, and I was impressed by Boris putting a beastman in hospital for a couple of weeks. I suspect that next time they play the Protrusive Hoard, they'll be out for revenge!"”
