Hello, I am Jose Bagg. The Plainsmen's flight to Holland was delayed, and when they finally got there, there was much confusion. The team scheduled to play had been removed from cup play. The Ultimatum from Utrecht stepped up and gave it their all. Stan Hippo earned the game ball with his two TD's. One in the first half when he was pinned against the sidelines. His teammates made some athletic plays to allow him the chance to dodge and sprint to the endzone. Fans in Utrecht were not happy and stormed the field. The game was held up until the first half expired. In the second half, Stan Hippo made a brilliant unassisted tackle in the Ultimatum backfield. He struggled slightly with the ball but was able to rumble, stumble, bumble his way through a defender and into the endzone. Touchdown for Stan "Hung Like" Hippo. Late in the second half, the Utrecht Ultimatum got their offense on track and put the ball in the hands of their quick little catcher Sjaaki on the strength of Kokkie de Haan's throwing arm. It was clearly the prettiest play of the game. Too little, too late, but at least the score was made to be respectable. Oh and Wimpie died, but what did he expect with a name like that. If I owned the team, I would make the lazy apothocarie play in his place.
