“We probably respect the other too much, and hence go all cagey and careful.
+ i get bad dice.
As PG said, not a classic. 25ff each still got him the thrown rock and removed a good beast, and they just kept leaving. Ref was dodgy too and even with PG forced into Fouling with the eye, still didnt see a thing.
Somehow my 6 remaining Chaos did manage to forge a near opening for a td at end of first half, but it went down on double skulls. tellingly i was forced into a sngle die, and that was enough. The Ko rolls saw 3 from 4 stay sleeping.
Second half saw a desperate and thinning Chaos defense probe gently while presenting a wall, but recieve no decent openings in return, and with the missing again mounting, and the clock running down the Undeads looked to have secured the TD, some desperate 'throw everything at it' defense managed to give me slim chances and for once Nuffle looked away and allowed me to get some dice. The ball went down, the crowd skunk away, and a dismal 0-0 was the outcome.
Somehow it still felt like a draw/win. Maybe thats the £10 winging its way to Christer.”
