“Not a result I was expecting after the first few turns, and I come out of it feeling like a huge dirty lucker. This is mitigated somewhat by the fact that I picked up a niggle on a thrower from a fan-thrown rock, and a Gutter Runner aged niggle from his skill up.
The Happy Rats dodged like AG+ elves this match, almost every escape move paying off and ultimately what decided the game was two possibilities to pick up loose balls that in the first instance allowed a high-risk 2nd score at the end of the first half, and in the second to steal the ball back from the more numerous Chaos and run in the third to put the result in the book.
Was a good match against a good coach who I think deserved better for his efforts.”

I steamrolled my way to an early first half TD, carelessly scoring with enough time left for the Happy Rats to answer. My second half efforts to score were thwarted by rats sneaking away from all my man-markers and finding ways to 2db my ball carrier.
The luck was a bit high for both sides. While Elbast's rats zipping around like wood elves was perhaps more obviously lucky, there wasn't a lot that I blocked that I didn't knock to the ground, including his blodging gutter. I think the first half actually ended up with a total of 7 unspent rerolls between the two teams.
Sorry about my overzealous fans, that thrower deserved better.”
