Despite this opening, I still managed to claw back into competiveness (mostly by getting KOs on my answering fouls) and looked like I had stalled the rotter drive until their second multi-player removal turn of the half (this was followed by a sure surf of a rotter that got saved by fa).

Second half was a joke...3 players down and the rotters rolled up a blitz. Was childs play to push downfield and take the ball from my depleted team.

This game was the first in 6 where I was finally able to field 11 players for the opening kick-off, and now we're back to 9 (and I still can't fire my nigglers!)

A couple side notes: That ST6 Beast of Nurgle is the roadblock from hell, and I have never seen foul appearance stop so many blocks in one game. ”
