“Shame on you for agreeing to a recovery match! :D (and it was 8 players...lol)
Shame on you for not fouling more and more effectively! Nothing worse than a KO! ;)
Shame on me for not properly cherry picking my recoveries! (Of course, with this team's luck, a three-man halfling team with no treemen would have shut them out)
Following their first two games, the reason this team is headed for retirement is that most of the worse damage they sustain is from themselves (say - like the thrower RIP on a failed dodge - at least the apothacary isn't in the Exclusive 'One's for President Club'), and from being utterly unable to do ANYTHING without a turnover, usually in the first action (dodge? 1 RR 1. GFI? 1. Pickup ball? 1. 2 die block? SKULLS RR SKULLS... I mean who fails 5 out of 6 GFI in one game?
I've never personally seen 38% luck before, but now I know what it feels like! It's like one of those days when you just want to take the Blood Bowl board and feed it into the paper shredder, knowing full well that both will be destroyed in the process...:/
In any event, I have decided to give these one more chance to break 51% luck, and if they can't do it then it's the trash bin for them!
Ah, and to my opponent, good luck with the gobbo's, and may your trolls occasionally pass their Really Stupid rolls next game!”
“The poor elves never knew what was coming....CorporateSlave3 asked me for a recovery game since he had only 9 players...i plesantly said yes.
After we had connected, i asked the woodie coach if he had checked my team prior to connection, to which he responded "no, but it looks like i may need to retire my team after this one"
You can guess how the game proceeded from here...sadly i was only able to inflict 2 casualties, neither of which were through fouls.
Thanks for a great game and a good attitude.
Better luck next time.”
