“On a fine day for Bloodbowl a 31k crowd took to watch Historic debut in the McBonehead against Atheos Avengers.

Unfortunately nuffle ended this game as a competition very quickly as on the first two turns for Historic resulted in 3 Cas rolls and it was almost impossible for the Avengers to compete against a physically stronger opponent. And Vlad easily scored the first TD.

To make matters worse nuffle was very unforgiving to the Avengers, their rolls we increasingly unlucky. Even with their dodging skills deserted them when they were SI or KO rolls for failing dodges, when the fouled the player got sent off, and even in kickoff the crowd took advantage with a KO by throwing a rock.

However despite the bad luck and with 10 players vs 4, remarkably the Avengers managed an equaliser. A ball was picked up on T8 by a gobbo and with a long throw just missed Protagoras however a good bounced allowed him to catch and run in the TD. What a TD and the fans when mad.

The 2nd half was a no contest as Avengers had only 4-5 men throughout and just were unable to stop another 2 TD from Attila and then Vlad for his 2nd for a 3-1 win.

It was an extremely tough game for Deathheart as the rolls where never in his favour, but a nice guys to keep smiling and going with the game. It was a pleasure to play u and i look forward to a rematch with ur Khem where i expect revenge to be extracted for today.
