“A right royal slog of a game. We took the first kick, having given away Extra Training and Smelling Salts. The bigger worry was the Virus Brittany had contracted. I told her to stop sleeping around.....

We pushed forward slowly, trying to dent the AV7 armour, and managed to remove Toonies new Mino. However, toonie struck back and KO'd and BH'd a few players (Included Iron Maiden) meaning we had to dodge and sneak around to get our score. It wasn't easy, but a bit of luck and some 1s for Toonie and we scraped through. 1-0.

Toonie hit back, KO'ing more players and giving Patrician the Skilled (what a player!) the ball to peg downfield. But we stalled him and it was 1-0 at the half.

Things started badly for Toon, with a Blitz and all of a sudden, Today Tonight was near the ball. A fumbled pickup by Toonie and it was 2-0 like that. However, my KOs hadn't come back.

Toonie pressed forward, hitting players left right and centre. I believe there were 6 KOs at one point, never below three, it was right royally painful. We couldn't stop the quick reply, 2-1. And with Smelling Salts, Toonie was back to full strength.

In the end, we had 6 players to try and stop Toonie and it nearly came off, but for a bad ball bounce after the ball carrier was sacked, which landed straight to Theopacman. A dodge, a handoff, and it was over. 2-2.

So close!!! And so much fun. Thanks for the game Toonie, always a pleasure.
