I'm still not sure how this ended up as a tie, except that my ball carrier was never really challenged in the first half as I stalled away the turns, and Lewdgrip played for the tie instead of the win in the second half, when he probably could have run me over.

My 1 cas was a regenerated troll injury, while every other hit seemed to be at least stunning my guys, and I might be off a bit, but I think 5 blocks all game didn't knock one of my guys down. In the meantime, I rolled 1 after 1 after 1 after 1. I don't know how many GFI's I attempted all game - maybe 5 - and 3 of them failed. My AG 4 guys (I had handicaps and one I took +AG on) couldn't do a thing, failing all over the place, and needing a reroll for nearly every action.

On top of it, I had a beast with Claw skill up but die. My AG4 beast with Claw was niggled and won MVP.

I think Lewdgrip may have been upset with me for stalling in the first half, but I'd have been a brain-dead idiot to set up my guys on the LOS any sooner than I had to against his monstrosities and their unfailing dice.

Time to retool and buy a couple new beasts.”
