The Nightmares started in offence, and they started slow, getting lots of pushes, and failing to penetrate armour with a +5 foul.

The McOrcs stayed back, wary of being outflanked, but eventually that is what happened with two Hobbos breaking out to the left after congregating on the right.

The Nightmares were able to stall out before scoring with 2 turns for the McOrcs to reply. The McOrcs focused on getting a pass with their BOB to skill him up and were successful with this endeavour.

In the second half, the Nightmares started with 10 on defence, but got a KO early (should have been a cas, but I blitzed with non Mighty Blow CD and rolled a 9 on the injury!!!).

Eventually, the McOrcs brought the ball too close, and the Nightmares were able to knock it free with a 1 dice Blitz (lucky pow there). The McOrcs recovered the ball, but the Nightmares were able to set up a 2 dice hit on the ball carrier (chainpushed him) and the ball fell free again.

Both teams fought for the ball, but eventually, it was the Nightmares who picked it up with no RR, did a GFI, a 3+ pass (avoided 6+ intercept), got the 3+ catch, 2+ dodge and a pair of GFIs to seal the match 2-0.
--------------
Well, having that AG4 Hobbo absolutely rocks... he can do so much hehe. Certainly though, I had a lot of luck today with my GFIs as I rarely failed any of them... just two (not counting Bull Centaur) and both were rerolled. However, opponent snaked his late GFI attempt.

He got a lot of pows early, but also got Skull/Pow and Skulls more than I did which meant he knocked his own players over a few times too.

Definately I had some luck today, but also a bit more experience and was able to set up plays (like a couple of chainpushes) to get some extra blocks in and this helped.
