“A devastating last half by Kilrathi's Killers Two led to 2 deaths and a niggling injury to the Silver Wolves team. Admittedly Risser Fastthrow tripped up over his feet after trying to re-roll a dodge, and then the apothecary failed to save him!

Actually it was the norse Silver Wolves that were looking the tougher side in the first 2/3rds of the game as the number of skinks and even a bigger lizard or two populated either the Badly Hurt or KO box. But when the Silver Wolves were desperately clinging on to a 1-0 lead, it was then that the dice rolls were becoming fatal for the norse team.

However, a last ditch blitz by Cookie Highleap II secured the ball, and a race back up the field for a second TD. Cookie deservedly received the MVP award as well!

Having won the game the norse fans were pleased, although the norse coach is now wondering what to do about the next game with 2 of his squad dead and one missing through injury.”
