“A stunning game that had it all. The Orcs had control the most of the time, but the wardancers made their jobb, picking the ballcarrier out and sending him to the ground. But in the first drive the orcs made two elfs surf the crowd and was not to be stopped to make the first TD. In the second half the orcs started out blitzing the elfs, catching them off guard. They never recovered and the orcs scored again. The last quarter of the game was a long struggle to keep the woodies at bay, not allowing them a TD. A tight defense was sett up and the elfs never manage to break through. 2-0 was a well earned victory and with the lineman hero "Durkk" getting the MVP it was all good. Ha was truly the orc of the match.
“A tough and difficult match where the elves couldn't get anything started. The wardancers did their job until one got surfed and the other put down, but the team offered no real support. First half ended 1-0.
Second half, with the Cards receiving, the 'Jawz get a blitz. The Cards manage not to pick up the ball and the Orcs score again. The final try to score for the Cards ends with a flubbed handoff, marking the first game where the Cards never had ball control in their opponents half. I'll eat my hat if it happens again.
Grats to Durkk, who really was the star of the game. Thanks for the game Steve, some day I'll get you back!”
