“A tale of two halfs... the Dwarfs kicked around the Orcs all first half and scored easily on our ball. The second half saw the orcs take out three CD Wildmen players in their first turn and turn their ball around for the score (Westerner left the Hob with ball vulnerable by accident or we have a very different story...) Rather than stall for the win we scored with two turns apiece left to see how things would turn out. West got himself in good position, but his hob failed a go for it to bail out his Bull Centaur and gave the Waagh a chance. A pow on the surrounded centaur, AG4 Orc (Waaghie by name) rerolled to pick up the ball... Threw an accurate long pass followed by a rare Orc reception over the head of a possible interecptor... and two go for its later we were celebrating a win on the Orc sideline. All luck on that last play, but a challenging game played by Westerner throughout. Looking forward to the rematch!”
