“MIB were once again to face the Dwarves, with the expectation being another boring encounter. They were to be be proven wrong, but for all the wrong reasons.

MIB attacked first and spent some time looking for the opportunity to break through the Dwarven line. When it came the agents almost blew their chance, looking somewhat out of sorts, but they went on to score for 1-0. The Dwarves attacked back, but the agents attempts to stop them were a disaster. First a Field Agent died trying to get into position with the medical team unable to save him, then after air support had been brought in to down the ball carrier, another Field Agent fell before getting anywhere near the ball. The Dwarves went on to score for 1-1 at the break.

After the break the Dwarves began their attack, but a mistake by one of their numbers left the ball in the open which was quickly collected by a Field agent, leading shortly after to 2-1. The Dwarves attacked once more, clearing agents as they went, with even more agents injuring themselves just trying to move into a better attack position. Sure enough the score went to 2-2, with next to no time left. MIB had only one chance, so put their emergency plan into operation, which worked for 3-2 and the victory.

The battle had been hard fought, in which many of the agencies plans had failed before they began. The injury list was horrific and disappointingly, the two worst injuries had not even been delivered by the Dwarves. The agency had been in worse positions than this before though and recovered, and they would again.
