“Injury dice decided this one, and nuffle gave the lion's share to Melmoth. It's not like it was a huge foul-fest either. Though Melmoth gang-fouled the whole game, a lot of them were just KOs. The real damage was done the old fashioned way...rolling like you've got loaded dice.

Fortunately the long-term damage was minimal. I lost a beast with -av and had -av to a skill-less beast (who has already been fired). The biggest pain will be my troll missing next, which I can live with.

Oh, the game itself: boring. I scored an easy TD while his team was gang-fouling on the other side of the pitch, and both his TD's were walk-ins with half my team missing. No excitement, suspense, or clever tactics in the whole game.”
