“Well typical Melbourne weather here pouring rain, for the match up between Tenebrae and Kano's Black Tide. Only one elf not up for the game today due to a punding he recieved last game.

Here we go, Black Tide to kick off.
With good field position made up by Tenebrae after recieving, getting with 2 sqs of a turn 2 TD, Nariboki made a costly error tripping, causing Alton to be left wide open. Starting to flex the green muscles, Nariboki again made a costly error, triping trying to assit Alton. Bam with Alton being sent 10 rows into the crowd. Despite the brave efforts of Vene fighting out of her league, the Black Tide rolled forward. Mauling elfs as they went Black Tide through Rushem got over for a Turn 8 TD.

During half time the clouds cleared and the sun came out, leaving several of the player with heat exshaustion for the start of the 2nd.

2nd Half started with an uncharacterist show of strength from the elfs. With an armwrestle lasting 4 turns Vena was finally able to get her hands on Pushem, as a result the fired up dark elf showed her nasty side by KO'ing him cleanly, sending the ball into the path of Malice, who picked up and with some support was able to get away from a chasing host of orcs, turn 5 TD. Again a spirited armwrestle from the kick off, with the orc making a charge to the line. With players getting flatened left right and centre. The ball was between men, but the Black Tide was having no sneaky trick from the elfs, and promptly cleared any elfs away from the ball, and with 1 chance was able to grab the ball, dump off to the waiting Tossit, for a pass to a free orc with in range. However Standup, was unable to give the ball properly causing Tossit to fumble.

1-1 Draw.

A very even game, with chances giving up by both teams.
