“Kewl Katz won the coin toss but chose to kick. Their plan was to let Obliteration try their luck handling the ball. It worked pretty well when even the most agile Beastmen on the team couldn't pick the ball up. The Chaos backfield was attacked by the Dark Elves but the rain also had a counter effect in their dodging. They slipped many times trying to get away. Both teams were trying to top each other's bad luck but Obliteration came up the winner when Dethacus (double skulls), tried to hit a Lineman and ended up falling causing a very early turnover that left the Beastman ball carrier exposed. The Chaos ball carrier was knocked down and the ball was going the other way for a touchdown dropping Obliteration in a 0-1 hole at the break.

During halftime, the Wishmaster got on to his players about being more aggressive. They came out of the second half with a Blitz! that put a lot of pressure on the Dark Elf lines. An early turnover for KK happened and their line was devastated. Janos, who was in the backfield during the Blitz! picked up the ball and ran it in for a quick score to tie the game.

Obliteration kicked again and the sweltering heat struck. The Troll, Devastator and a Rookie Beastman couldn't come out to play. On the other bench, KK lost two of their Blitzers and their Guard specialist. With the player advantge on this drive, Obliteration swarmed the Dark Elves and it was only a matter of time before they took the ball away. Dethacus redeemed himself from the first half and sacked the Dark Elf ball carrier deep in their backfield. Gore then just picked the ball up and ran it in, handing the win to the Chaos team!
